Phew!

Finally all caught up with my DT projects at AllyScraps and my project for Scrapbook Inspirations.

I have used some of the cutest papers at AllyScraps this month. Check out my
Gallery to see the gorgeous Bo Bunny & Imaginisce papers...

This photo was taken by Jacob at Baddesly Clinton recently. It seems to me i'm bombarded by constant questions all day long, that i thought it would be fun to remember which were the most popular.

Jacob was such a little chunk when he was a baby. Although he is as skinny as a rake now, he still has the chunky cheeks (family trait).

Been out playing with the kids this week while they have been on half-term. I managed to finally get my Autumn photo that i have been after for ages. This is the one I'm going to play with tonight...

Nothing to Report

All is quiet on the Western front. The kids broke up from school for a week. I'm looking forward to getting pumpkins at Hatton this week and perhaps some autumnal photos of the kids.

The crop was in the paper. The photographer came along and tooks some brilliant photos of the girls. The feedback has been great. I'm meeting with Miranda of Cancer Research UK this week to hand over the cheque for £911.16 (just in case you've forgotten).

It's Pencil Lines first anniversary this month - Happy Birthday. They have the most awesome sketches to play with and the most amazing guest designers. I did Sketch #54. Just up my street. Lots going on so I used it as is.

We're having a mini-cybercrop over at AllyScrpas on 4th November. We're each co-hosting an hour of the crop. We've got a cool game and challenge for our hour. I must go dig out a RAK.

Still rocking from the Charity crop at the weekend.

Boy was it a really hectic day for me and the girls. Non-stop all day. We didn't get any scrapping done ourselves. Still, everyone seemed to have a really good time. There were people from all over the Midlands and as far a field as Derby and Milton Keynes.

There were a few newbies as well as a few local people which was really great. I hope that they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. It must be hard going to an event where lots of people know each other.

So do you want to know how much we raised?

Wait for it....

£911.16

We were truly astounded. We were hoping for half that. So it was all worthwhile.

I did this LO for the sketch challenge sponsored by Scrapbook Inspirations. The sketch was provided by Becky Fleck Page Maps - thanks!

I have to show you these bits of gorgeousness from the crop.

My Allyscraps kit arrived eventually after the postal strike. Wow. the selection this month is truly gorgeous. Sweet Pumpkin uses Bo Bunny Vintage Carnival papers. They are just so lovely IRL. I would love a whole album full of it.

Off to catch up on some scrapping and hopefully some sleep.

At long last its the eve of the crop.

It seems to be a long time coming but it's finally here. Things have been really crazy with all the shopping and finalising everything ready for the big day. I can honestly say that I hope it is all worth it (I'm sure it will). I also hope that Nicki and Audrey are still speaking to me after this week. The pressure has been on with the postal strike etc.

So here's a quick peek at a couple of fundraising ideas. I love all things vintage. Home decor is wild about french vintage at the moment so I'm just lovin' it.

You can't see it on this photo, but I have bought the cutest little glass birdies. They dangle off my hangy thingy which I bought just so I could hang the cute shipping tags. We're hoping to raise extra funds with these cute journal tags. Each individual and unique.

OK just one LO to share. I've been in a desert waiting on my Allyscraps box. It finally came today. IT WAS WORTH WAITING FOR. I should have taken a photo of the gorgeous contents. I hope i get time to play tomorrow.
